The concept of running many different USSD applications on one short code. For example, when a customer dials *100*123# they access a certain application and when they dial *100*124# they access another application.
For static USSD applications, it is 1 and 1/2 month, for dynamic USSD applications, it is 2 and 1/2 months and for dynamic + intergrated USSD applications, it is 3 months.
Yes, if we agree on developing an application for you, Megalphas will present to you with the steps to be taken to complete the application and how long it will take. In most cases, we devide the development into stages and explain to the customer what every stage will involve and achieve. The client has the opportunity to make an aggreement so that they can be paying before the begining of a certain stage. This model allows the customer to check the work done in the previous stage and only make a payment to continue with us if they are satisfied with our execution.
